Learn about Notion’s refund policy ↩️


If you signed up for a paid Notion subscription by mistake, you can contact us in the app or email ([email protected]) to request a refund.

Keep in mind:

  • If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store, you’ll need to contact Apple directly to request a refund.

  • If you purchased a subscription online or through Google Pay, contact Notion to request a refund.

In most cases, we can process a refund if you contact us within three days of the invoice date for monthly billing, or within 30 days of the invoice date for annual billing.

If you were invoiced for members who were accidentally added to your workspace, we can refund the prorated charges if you reach out within three days of the invoice date. Make sure the additional members have been removed from your workspace before writing in.

You can request a refund for any additional Notion credits you’ve purchased as long as they haven’t been used. Once any portion of purchased credits have been used, those credits are no longer eligible for a refund.
