It automatically reads the prospect's page (discovery notes, properties, pain points) and the Business Context page (services catalog, pricing, methodology, testimonials). It cross-references that information, calculates pricing according to the configured rules, and generates the proposal as a subpage of the pipeline entry — following the exact structure of the Quotation Template.

📦Setup

1. Fill in the
   Business Context
   page with your real business information (services, pricing, brand voice, case studies)
2. Adjust the
   Quotation Template
   if you need to adapt the layout or default language
3. In the Notion AI Agent settings, point the agent to this instructions page
4. Make sure the agent has access to your Sales Pipeline database
5. To trigger it: mention the agent (

   ) inside any pipeline entry
